Ghana has recorded 209 new COVID-19 cases according to updates provided by the Ghana Health Service (GHS).
The "209 new cases were reported on August 7, 2020. These are samples that were taken from the period 29 July to 6 August 2020" the GHS has indicated.
The cumulative figure now stands at 41,212 with 2,270 active cases.
38,727 patients have recovered/discharged and the number of deaths remains 215.
