The Kasoa Police has urged the public to look out and arrest the driver of a KIA Cargo Truck with registration number GW 2160 W, which was stolen from the Kasoa Police station, a few days ago.
This was in wireless message, issued by the Kasoa District Police Commander, Deputy Superintendent of Police Jordan Quaye, to all police stations throughout the country, copied to the Ghana News Agency in Winneba.
The message said, the driver whose name was not disclosed, stole the vehicle from the Kasoa District Police quarters under the pretext of auctioning.
The message directed the police to arrest the driver, impound the vehicle, and inform the Kasoa police.
It also urged the public not to buy the vehicle should it be offered for sale.
