The driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) is taking measures to reduce the carnage on our roads.
As part of envisaged measures, the DVLA has introduced a computer based written test, which every driver has to go through before acquiring a license and to make sure only a qualified driver drives on our roads.
The outgoing Regional manager of the DVLA, Mr. Noah Tettey Mantey disclosed this at a send-off party in his honour in Kumasi.
