Residents in communities close to the Ghana/Burkina Faso border in the Upper West region are fear gripped following reports that a tiger has killed two people including a Fulani herdsman.
The tiger is believed to have escaped from a game reserve in Burkina Faso.
Kasapa News’ Musah Lansah reported that the District Chief Executive (DCE) for the area, Gum Kofi Duaka has been touring the said affected communities seeking to verify the reports.
He said the DCE after touring the communities couldn’t confirm whether it was a tiger or a lion because the account given from the indigenes lack consistency.
The DCE has called the police and other security personnel to visit the communities to investigate the incident.

Lool. Tigers re not found in Africa. If is a leopard or a hyena then is true.
Hahahahahaahha Tiger paaaaaa WTF
The script said, the said ***barred word*** escaped from a game reserve!!! It could be Tiger or Lion and doesn't matter whether they exist in Africa or not cos it is a game reserve and the purpose is to hold exotic animals.
Unless you mean a lion or leopard. Tigers only exists in India! Same with crocodiles. They only exist in Africa. Alligators exist only in the 'New World' which is the USA, etc. Pythons only exist in the Old world: Africa, asia. Anacondas only exist in the new world: South America.
