Former Vice President Kwesi Amissah-Arthur’s brother, Jabesh Amissah-Arthur, is quitting as CEO of the Bui Power Authority (BPA).
An internal memo written to BPA staff dated 25 January said: “This is to inform all staff that I will be proceeding on my terminal leave from Friday, 27 January.
“While arranging to hand over to the president’s representative as agreed with the Minister, the Director for Programmes and Engineering Department Mr Anthony Boye Osafo-Kissi, will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Authority.
“Please extend to him your usual cooperation,” the former Vice President’s younger brother said in the memo titled: Terminal Leave – Chief Executive Officer.

The heading of this publication is not appropriate. When will some journalist be sincere and stick to the ethics of journalism. The CEO of bui dam says he is going on terminal leave. This simply means his tenure is ended either through the retiring age or by the number of years assigned him as the CEO when he was appointed. Reporting that he is quitting means he is doing so for other reasons than what I have enumerated. Is he quitting because he is being hounded to do so or he does not find favour with this government? He was appointed during the NDC administration and had continued one and half years into the NPP governance of this country. He did not suffer the fate of most CEO's in prez Mahama administration who were booted out by the present govt. Well done and have a happy retirement Mr Jabesh Amissah-Arthur.
i feel sad,do not bring close relations to government.watch out president.the writings are on the wall.use expert ,it should be uncondtional
Is he the one that is GAY?
For me I do not see any difference between the appointment and ceasssation of Amissah-Arthurs brother and the appointment of the cousin Ken Offoti-Atta the finance and other relatives of Nana Addo into responsible position because we the people voted for Nana Addo but to me politicians are the same; they are all KROOKED THIFFS fighting for their families and CRONIES !!!!!!; Nana Addo is NO exeception !!!!!
'Mamenso nka bi'. Who say some of the ndc people are good? Na lie. They are all vampires feeding on mother Ghana.Right from their grassroot members up to John Mahama, you can't trust them one pesewa or your w ife. They ra ped Mother Ghana until it colapse into coma. GHANA WILL WORK AGAIN UNDER PRESIDENT NANA ADDO DANKWA AKUFFO-ADDO. God bless Nana and Mother Ghana.
Jabesh oo Paa Kwesi oo, the value is the same (Chop-chop face)
He saw the writing on the wall!! You have not impressed me at all. Go and enjoy your loot. Not in my lifetime will I see selfless public servants who will put their country first.
Jabesh has reached the pension age of 60 years. He has paid his dues to mother Ghana. He is a fine and affable guy.
Aaaah but Jabesh is a fine boy so how come P.Kay is . . . . ewoooooooooo lol
Do not go abroad because very soon you will come and give details of the blocks contract you gave to the NDC general secretary Asiedu Nketsia(general mosquito), who happens to be a board member and charging over and above normal price of blocks in the open market.
