The Accra High Court has ordered the West African Examination Council to release the results of 20 candidates whose papers were canceled after the 2017 Basic Education Certification Examinations.
The candidates had their results canceled after WAEC claimed they had colluded to cheat during the exams.
But, they dragged the examination council to court accusing it of breaching their fundamental human rights.
Proprietor of the A to Z Preparatory JHS Godwin Aaron Monyo told JoyNews the cancellation of the paper dented the school's reputation.
