A man believed to be in his 30s is in critical condition at the Greater Accra Regional Hospital after he was shot by two unidentified assailants multiple times at Nima. The victim known as Awudu was shot in his vehicle while stuck in traffic.
He was rushed to the hospital where he’s currently receiving treatment with some x-rays already done on him. Twelve bullet shells were retrieved from the crime scene by the police.
It is unclear what the motivation for the attack on the forex bureau operator is and who is behind the dastardly act.
The Police have commenced investigation into the incident.

I always say most of our journalist are not smart,; somebody has been shot at and in your reportage you are disclosing where(hospital name) he is currently receiving treatment. They did the same thing on the Tadii girls issue. You guys must grow in your reportage
our leaders cannot take drastic measures and i don't know why. A country with foreigners without legal permit should have drastic laws
I agree. I think they should ban the use of motorbike completely unless it is registered and licensed for delivery purposes only. And when it is seen being used outside of working hours, it should be confiscated. They are used for crimes, and that has made the country too risky and deadly.
I really do not understand what our authorities are waiting for. Please ban the use of motorbikes after 6.30 pm in the capital. It is obvious these criminals use motorbikes in their operations and mostly in the night. Ban them now!
