The Vice President, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama is off to Ethiopia to attend the Fourteenth Ordinary Session of the African Union.
The Vice President will be representing the people of Ghana among Heads of States and governments of the African Union. According to John Abdulai Jinapor, Spokesperson for the Vice President, discussion will basically be based on ICT.
Speaking exclusively to Peacefm News, he said the session will be looking at ways of improving the telecommunication sector in Africa. According to him, discussions will revolve around how Africa can have lower phone call charges as compared to Europe, adding that that generally, the session will be on how to enhance telecommunication.
