"The destiny of a nation does not rely on trial and error leaders but in system that work," this is according to the Chief of Staff, Julius Debrah when he paid a courtesy call on the Wa Naa and President of the Wala traditional council as part of his six day tour of the Upper West region.
According to him the Presidency is about implementing programs and policies that impact on the life of the people positively and not about "trial and error."
It would be recalled that the leader of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Akufo-Addo was calling on Ghanaians to try him as President, but the able Chief of Staff said it doesn't work that way.
The Chief of Staff who is in the region to represent his boss, President John Mahama who is in New York in the USA for the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), said the NDC government is working assiduously to transform Ghana and Change lives via workable and tested policies.
"Countries like China, Malaysia or Singapore have achieved more because they kept a particular government that was doing something right to continue, saying, being a President should not be premised on trial and error," the chief of staff stated.
He indicated that as had been acknowledged by the Chiefs and people across the country that the NDC system is working in the area of transforming the country's infrastructure, there is every justification to keep President Mahama and the NDC in power for another eight years.
He goaded the rank and file of the party to intensify their engagement with the people and to explain the manifesto to the people to make victory on December 7 a certainty.
He used the occasion to encourage party supporters to be vigilant and work to enable President Mahama and the NDC to win to continue with the good works he had begun.
He noted that the next NDC government under President Mahama would enhance the agricultural sector and make it attractive to all especially the youth.
He said the NDC intends to improve the systems of agriculture by introducing modern farming implements to make farming charming and appealing.
He said government would take advantage of all arable lands lying fallow into good use as well as enhance the agricultural mechanise centers across the country.

Exactly Mr chief of staff, that the likes of ofosu Kwakye, ablakwa,Fiifi kwetey,Kwabena mintah akwando the dinning hall experience man etc must be put to help in governance.
The chief of staff is now beginning to disappoint me. I we have tried John Mahama for 8 years, then we can give others that same chance. No one as born a president you know!!! Uncle Julius as for this one you didn't do well at all. You are a potential stateman so don't let NDC and the position you occupy influence your judgement. have a great day sir!
Jm si fom....bye national demonic cumbersome(ndc). Enough is enough!!! Sika dieee basabasa
Pervert!!!
Was JDM a President when he was in school How JDM become a President You are a big fish
Listen to this ***barred word*** who goes and speak on behave of his ***barred word*** boss. No wonder he speaks exactly like him. This is the people they want Ghanaians to put Ghana in their hands. My foot over our dead bodies
But Mahama and the NDC have put Ghana through trials and errors? The way they have mismanaged the economy and increased poverty to a skyrocketing level, what more is trial and error than this govt's ruling? They have shown beyond comprehension that they are proper incompetent bunch of cr.oo.ks. Look at the whale of chief of staff...without NDC he won't even be recognised in Ghana.
Ah! You are the chief of staff, you look exactly like the words you speak, ***barred word***! No wonder this government is messing up everything, what good will come from them with people like you in the helm of affairs. You are the man shielding people in the seat of government after they are found guilty of corruption! Please note that when Kuffour became president he had not been president before but to Ghana to the lower middle income status from HIPPIC. What record does John Mahama has after being vice president and then president? Is it not send us backward to HIPPIC from where Kuffour took us? Is it not sending us to the IMF? is it not messing our economy? Is it not sidelining the procurement law for sole sourcing so his people can dupe the country? Do not take Ghanaians for a ride because we are more intelligent than you think.
Who said the presidency is not about "experiment?" What is Julius Debrah smoking? Of course the presidency is about experiment! Election is a leap into the dark. The voters have experimented with ***barred word*** and his corrupt crew for 8 years and they have not measured up to the trust the voters reposed in them.
Exactly that why we are where we are now as a country. We will stop this experiment this December.
