Pollster Ben Ephson has said he is unperturbed about attacks on him following his controversial prediction about the presidential race.
The managing editor of the Dispatch newspaper had predicted a one-touch win for President John Mahama of the ruling National Democratic Congress, but provisional results in the polls are so far in favour of the opposition leader Nana Akufo-Addo.
Mr. Ephson in his polls categorically stated that there was no way the New Patriotic Party could win the elections, even if they benefited from the 2% error margin of his survey.
Following the results so far, the veteran journalist has been attacked by members of the opposition party with some youth trooping to his house to demand “answers”.
Speaking on Atinka FM on the outcome of the polls, Mr. Ephson said he cannot be deterred by the circumstances.
“I am not ashamed of my polls, this is not the first time I have conducted a poll in Ghana, and I will continue to do more polls when the need arises".

You are a disappointment to whichever school you went to. You sit in your room and cook up polls and think the Ghanaian people will be misled. The university that awarded you your degree should withdraw it with immediate effect.
You should be ashamed of yourself
God is great. The wind of change has blown throughout the world. Three elephants have finally arrived home. First elephant in Nigeria, second elephant in USA and the third elephant in Ghana. The most important and coincidental aspect is they are all Septuagenarians.
If you had any conscience or upbringing, you would have been ashamed by now. shamolo!
