I did not say you can't criticise Nana. I said "Nana Addo has been in charge for less than 3 months and you are here comparing him with Kuffour already?" Go over and check what I wrote. I think it is not appropriate to do that comparison - yet! Nana promised to give us a better Ghana so why not wait and see what comes up? He's just making his selection for the business he promised so why not give him the benefit of the doubt? All that I'm advocating for is that, let's give Nana sometime to deliver his promise. 3 months and we are already talking about kicking him out in 2020 only because you don't agree with his selection. A clear example is when Luiz Felipe Scolari in 2002 was criticised heavily for his world cup team selection by dropping the likes of Romario then times. At the end of the day he won the cup. It is action and results we are looking for.
AH WHY? MUST EVERY PARTY PERSON BE REWARDED WITHIN THE 1ST YEAR? NOBODY SHOULD DEFEND THIS. IT IS JUST A BIT TOO MUCH. PERSONALLY, I AM GETTING WORRIED
This is crazy
Nana Addo has been in power for 3 months so we can't criticize him? I should wait for 4 years eh? Even Donald Trump the Prez of the most powerful country in the world is criticize everyday. I am not NDC I am just an ordinary Ghana who is exercising my right to think. You can put your brain on autopilot and support everything Nana does. You people can't tell the truth in the face of power. After all didn't the NDC say were in a comfortable lead when the were losing? power is transient my brother. Anim
Massa; we all supported Nana Addo to oust Jon Mahama but some of these appointments are completely out of order and irrelevant ; I am really disapponited in Nana Addo as a President ; the man is acting as if he is father christmas sharing hampers on christmas day !!!!!; Nana Addo and NPP complained about a bloated governance by Jon Mahama and the idiotic full come in and does worse than Jon Mahama ;can you believe this by NPP government ; how can they control cost in their governance ; Nana Addo is digging his own grave because with this attitude I cannot see how the NPP can control spending besides looking at the list you ask yourself what are some of these ministers going to do and who is going to control them from the centre ;frankly ; this APONKYE GAME AND A COMPLETE FRAUD !!!!!!;NANA ADDO WHY OH WHY DO YOU EXPOSE YOURSELF LIKE THIS ;HAVE YOU THOUGHT ABOUT THE COST : I THOUGHT NPP SAID THEY WILL HAVE LEAN GOVERNMENT SO WHAT HAPPENED TO THAT LEAN GOVERNMENET ; TO ME SOME OF NAMES ON THE LIST ARE JUST THIFFS masqurading as MPs ; they are in to still From Ghanaians and like Jon Mahama they will still and Nana Addo will never know anything ; how do you appoint this lady Miss Safo to handle procurement when everybody knows his former husbanb Ken Agyepong is in the contract business ; this is completetly WRONG AND A FRAUD !!!!!!!;the only thing I will not take away from Nana Addo is that the list is devoid of Ewes and Northners smething everybody will be pleased about because YOU DO ME I DO YOU ; remember JON MAHAMA appointments.
Nana Addo has been in charge for less than 3 months and you are here comparing him with Kuffour already? It is either wisdom is lacking for most of you guys commenting here or you are simply NDC members who will not appreciate anything done by Nana Addo. Just for appointing ministers and you are threatening voting against him come 2020? Do you want us to believe that you are an NPP member or sympathiser? No, not all. You are an NDC member who is still grieving your lost.
if you are NPP member, at this stage don't to defend this, it is just too much, no fiscal space for any development yet you chose to run this huge government. My heart is for this government but for this one it is a wrong move
They would use the constitutional provisions to justify the unjustifiable. Did I hear Mustapha Hamid say the president didnt promise lean government? Then the president should add more, more, more I mean more. OMG! Why are our politicians doing this to us? They love their pockets more than mother Ghana Milking the coffers of the state. Ask of the price of one V-8 and multiply it by the 110 number of appointees. It would never be lean by NPP definition.
Let's be honest and speak the truth for the sake of our country. The size of this government is too large. Why 110 ministers? for what? Are we building the tower of Babel in Ghana? So each of these minister will have an official vehicle, free fuel plus all the other allowances? and aides and special assistants? Nana Addo is just trying to appease everyone and that is not how you build a country. A country like Ghana can run with 50 ministers. I voted for NPP but I love my country more and want the best for my children. I was never a fan of Kufour but it seems he was more politically matured than Nana Addo. If Nana Addo plays with the destiny of this country we will vote him out in the next election. The year 2020 is just around the corner.
It is good that Peace. FM has this platform so that all of us can learn from each other. Addae and Rony are making very baseless accusations. Rony for your information the USA has a federal system of governance. So that is why you have secretary of state. The individual state machinery is larger and bigger than the whole of Nana's and probably Mahama's ministerial appointments. The state of New York or Seattle is bigger than Ghana as a country. Never try to compare Water Melons to lime. And you Mr. Addae, what has the appointment of ministers got to do with Prof. Martey and your fears of corruption. Ibrahim and Mahama alone had over spent our budget to the tune of USD$8 billion with Seth Terkper always left to conjure magic. They must be brought to book to account for this expenditure which was not budgeted for. LET US GIVE NANA A CHANCE TO MOVE THIS COUNTRY FORWARD.
