Deputy Communications Minister, George Andah has asked members of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) who describe themselves as the "most united party in Africa" to put their house in order.
According to George Andah, the NDC has giving itself this appellation but yet cannot show its fruits
Speaking on Peace FM's 'Kokrokoo' programme, George Andah questioned the aim of the NDC's 'Unity Walk' on Saturday at Tamale in the Northern Region.
The ‘Unity Walk’ was initiated by the National Democratic Congress (NDC) leadership to cement the seeming cracks in the party.
Among the several party bigwigs that attended the walk were Ex-President John Dramani Mahama; NDC General Secretary, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah; Minority leader, Haruna Iddrisu; Former Chief of Staff, Julius Debrah; Member of Parliament for Tamale Central, Inusah Fuseini; MP for Tamale North, Alhassan Suhuyini and so forth.
Though the walk is part of the party's campaign strategy to oust the ruling New Patriotic Party out of power in the year 2020, George Andah believes the party's 'Unity Walk' will change nothing in the party.
According to him, the real issues leading to rifts in the party have not yet be resolved and so a walk across the country is not the antidote.
He also sought to find out why some important names were missing during the NDC health walk.
To him, the absence of Ex-President and leader of the NDC, Jerry John Rawlings.
Curiously, Alban Bagbin, second deputy speaker of parliament and Member of Parliament (MP) for Nadowli/Kaleo-who was seen in Tamale on Friday ahead of the walk on Saturday, miraculously disappeared, leaving the stage for Mahama and his lackeys.
Mr. Bagbin was seen at the Tamale Airport on Friday with the former President and other executives exchanging hearty pleasantries, but went missing the following day when hundreds of party supporters joined the former President to walk on selected streets of Tamale.
George Andah however urged the NDC to put their house in order and become a formidable opposition.

Let Ghanaians decide waiii so if it was NPP is good if it was NDC is bad. Wht prevent you people not to go on walk as NDC did? remember you will not be in power till thy kindom come. let me ask you is NPP a unity party? LET ME ASK YOU didn't Ndc HAVE SUPPORTERS SO WHT ARE U TALKING ABOUT. DIDNT NPP SIT IN OPPOSITION FOR 16 YEARS? UNTIL KUFFOUR CAME IN 2008? DO U THINK GHANAIANS ARE FUUUUULS? WHY ARE U BEHAVING AS IF YOU VE NOT BEEN IN POSSITION BEFORE WHY THIS INSULT? WITH THIS LIES AND TURNING GH LIKE THAN LIBERIA WITH THE HELP OF INVISIBLE FORCES ALL OVER GH U THINK WE ARE FUULS IS ONLY NPP FAITHFULS WHO SUPPORT NANA ADDO
So just a small unity walk of NDC has found work for some jobless NPP folks to talk about, hahahahahaha, you are only 9 months in power and already exhibiting signs of FEAR.
Eeeeeeeeeeiiiiiii ! Ndc can a unity walk oust a government? What is wrong with these people so even in opposition you are incompetent? You can walk from Tamale to Sudan from Sudan to Egypt to the Moon ndc will still lose. Why are they so hungry for power after their gargantuan humiliated defeat? If the people were satisfied with you why would they vote to humiliate and disgrace you in this spectacular manner unprecedented and even one touch not on run off the opposition then defeated you one touch so what's your problem, what did you do that you think the government is destroying so you need to come back to fix? The dumsor you created is now fixed, the gargantuan loans are being paid,NHIS with it gargantuan debt has been giving a part payment which all will be settled in due cause, you mess is being cleaned so you think the NPP government will settle your debts and clean your mess for you to come back and cause the mismanagement and incompetency to drive us backwards again? Is that your mind or plan ? Then it will take you 40 years to come back. You haven't been able to tell the people what you want and what you can do all you talking about is we are coming back for what no answer. Do you people reason at all? Or you think your tribal strategy will always work for you? When John mahama said we are starting the unity walk from my home region if that could help him be in power he would have won the 2016 election not losing on knock out one touch. Ndc it will be nice of you to bring back John mahama and lose miserably by 32% mark my words. The Ghanaian people are still not ready for the ndc today or tomorrow and the future. Tickle yourselves and think they will choose ndc bad governance to NPP good policies which will help them. Your empty talks and noise making is ruining your party. Ndc need kritical thinkers.
During the 2016 NDC kept saying NPP was not a united party and must therefore not be trusted with the management of Ghana. So I think they also want to be a disjointed party so that they can win the 2020 elections.
