The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Parliamentary Candidate for Ayawaso West Wuogon, Delali Kwesi Brempong, has denied strongly media reports claiming he says the NPP made a mistake by electing a woman as their candidate.
He described the news report as “Stupid” and “foolish” and a deliberate attempt by the ruling NPP to tarnish his hard-earned reputation and to score political points.
“What the NPP is doing is to change the positive image Ghanaian women have about me. Ghanaians should ignore the propaganda tactics by the NPP and vote massively tomorrow for me. I love Ghanaian women,” Delali Kwesi Brempong said in an interview with NEAT FM’s morning show ‘Ghana Montie’.
Mr Brempong is competing with three others in Thursday's by-election for the Ayawaso West Wuogon which became vacant after the death of Emmanuel Kyerematen Agyarko.
The NDC candidate strongly believes that the electorate will elect him to represent them in parliament tomorrow.

Here you called yourself Fiifi on other stories you called yourself Clement. Social media and anonymity...hmmmm.
How many promises were made to Ghanaians and what percentage of that is the 41 fulfilled promises. That would have been a more measured and truthful information. I have seen street lights, roads, water systems all of a sudden working again within my constituency (Ayawaso). So what exactly am i being told if it must take the death my MP (may his gentle and kind soul rest in peace);and the quest for political power of his baby mama for the tax payer to see proceeds of his/her taxes. Hhhhmmmmm. Ayawaso voters, we will be the best judges if this is what we deserve. I rest my pen and thank you for lending me your eyes, ears and time to see, hear and read my humble thoughts. Thanks again.
