President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has been asked to produce the list of all 21 Mahama appointee's who are under prosecution.
If you may recall, the President on September 9 during the 2019 Ghana Bar Association Conference said: "so far, 21 officials of the previous administration are standing trial over their involvement in alleged acts of corruption or causing financial loss to the state, amounting collectively to the tune of some GHC772million. Their trials are being conducted in the normal manner with the safeguards that the law affords all accused persons so that due process is respected. The court will at the appropriate moment deliver their verdict."
Speaking to this, a member of the Communication team of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Brogya Genfi said the number of appointees of the former administration being prosecuted are not up to 21.
"The President said 21 former government officials are in court . . . if you subject it to fact check it's not even correct. Officials of the former administration in court are not up to 21 so I challenge the NPP to publish the names so that we know," he intimated on Peace FM's morning show 'Kokrokoo'.

THERE IS NO NEED TO PUBLISH THE ***barred word*** OF THE PUBLIC PURSE. SUCH PUBLIC CRIMINALS ARE HAPPY TO MAKE POLITICS OUT OF IT. DONT PUBLISH THEM. JUST PROCEED TO FOLLOW THE NORMAL CAUSE OF PROSECUTION. THOSE INVOLVED IN THE CORRUPTION ARE BAD GHANAIANS. THEY EXIST IN EVERY AREAS OF OUR SOCIAL FABRIC, SIPHONING THE NATION. THESE BAD CITIZENS WOULD ALWAYS LIKE TO INVOLVE THEIR CRIMES WITH POLITICAL PARTIES CLAIMING TO BE NDC OR NPP. GHANAIANS MUST BE SMART TO STOP CORRUPT OFFICIALS WHO DUB THEIR CRIMES WITH POLITICAL COLOURS. WE MUST ALLOW THEM TO FACE THE LAW, EVEN IF THEY HAD ATTEMPTED TO INVOLVE ANY POLITICAL PARTY WITH THEIR FINANCIAL SUPPORT. ONE CANNOT BE EXONERATED BY DONATING TO CHURCHES OR POLITICAL PARTIES AFTER STEALING FROM THE PUBLIC PURSE. NO RIGHT MINDED PERSON SHOULD NEVER EVER SUPPORT SUCH CRIMINALS OF POLITICAL CORRUPTION.
The group of NDC members being prosecuted will be very angry at these reckless communicators who are daring government to publish their names. These babies with sharp teeth cannot even think properly to know that their own party members (if even 3) are affected so they shouldn't play into that territory. Knee-jerk reactions and unnecessary, temporal bravado is what they delight in doing. It is a stressful and embarrassing experience to have your name in town as being prosecuted, so these bunch of 1diotic NDC communicators should begin to empty the sand in their brains and think like humans.
Government publishing all criminal cases in Ghana ? How different is their cases different from co-cain or wee cases? They think its political trials,no no no. These are all criminal acts against the state and they must be prepared to answer. Publishing the names makes it sound like political witch hunting but absolutely not. Those found culpable must be jailed to serve as a deterrent.
Only ***barred word*** will ask the President to publish prosecuting list. If the NDC are interested they should go to the Attorney General's office or better still the high courts. What sort of lazinessss is this Brogya Gyamfi?
AKUFU ADDO MADE THE PRONOUNCEMENT AND SHOULD PUBLISH THE LIST OR WHO ELSE SHOULD SOMEONE ELSE BE MADE TO PUBLISH THE LIST APART FROM HIM. HE HAS THE FACTS THAN ANY OTHER. FROM WHERE HE HAD THOSE INFORMATION HE SHOULD GO AHEAD AND PUBLISH THEM. HE CAN NOT LIE TO GHANAIANS BECAUSE 'YENI DAHO' THIS TIME
You seeare the illiteracy of the NDC is legendary. Free SHS is highly necessary. If you are disputing the 21 figure it means you know the right figure so why don't you put the figure you know out? Too much ***barred word***# in this country and what worsens the case is those believing I these paid comedians by the TIO
Is Akufo Addo the Prosecutor to produce the list?
My request, suggestion and of cause advises to religious bodies is that they should know by now the NDC and how they are that whenever ndc associate themselves with any person or organization they corrupt that one all that wanted to do is to use to have good name, forgive me to use pastor Otabil as one example how and the situation they have put I trust the good Lord will see him through him so I beg you in the name of the Lord don't allow them to put you in their books. Mahama can never be a president again
