The Chief Operations Officer at Dalex Finance, Mr. Joe Jackson, has reacted to reports of a planned reshuffle by President Akufo-Addo.
Unconfirmed reports from the seat of government indicate President Akufo-Addo will finally heed to calls for a reshuffle and announce some changes in his administration.
However, in a tweet, Joe Jackson feels a reshuffle won't help the country out of the current economic crisis.
"Dear HE Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, we need a reduction, not a reshuffle! Please cut the size of government significantly.#BrokeGhana#HardDecisions #FiscalDiscipline," he tweeted.

Hahahaaaa, why fail to indicate the number of reductions. If the man decides to reduce his number of ministers by one, is that not a reduction but will that be enough? I think some of the ministries can be realigned. The ministry of fisheries should go back to the agriculture ministry. Ministry of sanitation and water resources can be added to the ministry of works and housing, ministry of transport can be added to the ministry of roads and highways, 2 deputy chiefs of staff is not necessary, one person can assist the chief of staff. 3 deputy ministers of finance is too much, one deputy minister should be enough. Ministry of tourism and culture should be able to handle chieftaincy affairs thus no need for a ministry of Chieftaincy. All in all no need for more than one deputy minister per a ministry. This is not a good time for job for the boys. The boys themselves know things are knocking things so they should understand.
Please let us have peace of mind and stop talking about some reports
