The Concerned Citizens of Asante Akim North Constituency (AANC) has issued a stern warning to the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and its flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, stating that they will withhold their votes if Salt FM is not reopened to serve the constituency.
The closure of Salt FM by the National Communication Authority (NCA) has left residents without a crucial information center, prompting frustration and concern among the populace.
The group in a statement said the closure will affect the NPP and Dr Bawumia is not addressed amicably.

Why was the station closed down? Are you asking Dr. to condone wrong doing? Are you saying he should support your evil acts
They can go ahead and decide never to vote again in their lives. Is it Dr Bawumia who closed the station? Why can we not allow state institutions to work in this country? If anyone thinks that a state institution has abused their right(s) he or she can go the court to seek remedy. We are tired. Let us have our peace.
