Ghanaian international footballer, Jonathan Mensah is set to officially unveil his charity foundation branded �Jonathan Mensah Foundation (JOMENS).
The prolific defender who plays for Ligue 1 club Evian Thonon Gaillard F.C. in France has been involved in a number of charity works over the period.
The �John Mensah Foundation� is aimed at providing logistical support, donations and funding to under-privileged institutions and orphanages across the country.
The JOMENS Foundation, in one of his many charitable works donated an assortment of items and cash to the Royal Seed Orphanage Home, along the Kasoa-Bogwease road.
A World Cup winner with the Under-20 National team in 2009 and a current member of the senior national team, the Black Stars � Jonathan Mensah is appreciative of all the support granted him by Ghanaians throughout his professional and national team careers, making it a point to give back to society and especially to the deprived.
Preparations are underway to launch the foundation, an event that is sure to witness the presence of a legion of astute footballers, administrators, and Government officials.
