An Accra High Court yesterday struck out King Faisal’s application for a court injunction on the First Capital Plus (FCP) Premier League.
The club was in court Friday last week to seek an injunction to halt the commencement of the league last weekend.
The Ghana Football Association (GFA), however, announced that matches will go ahead at all league centers as planned despite media reports about King Faisal’s injunction threat.
And in its ruling yesterday at a Human Rights Court in Accra, the judge dismissed King Faisal's application.
With the new ruling, the FCP Premier League will continue without any hindrance with match day three games scheduled to come off at all the league centers across the country.
