JV2 Consult, a Television Production Company and Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC) have apologised to football fans and their entire audience for not being able to telecast the first half of the friendly match between the Black Stars of Ghana and the Chipolopolo of Zambia, from the Layton Orient Stadium in England.
According to JV2 consult, their inability to provide the feed to (GBC) was due to technical difficulties experienced during the transmission of the above live match.
It further noted that they appreciate the disappointment and embarrassment these difficulties might have caused, and promised to find ways to ensure that such a thing does not happen again. This was contained in a press release issued and signed on behalf of JV2 by one Justin Addo.
On the part of GBC, they could not telecast it because they had difficulties from the source in England which they had no control over until that problem was rectified at the end of the second half.
However, GBC promises to playback the entire match at a later date which would soon be communicated to listeners.
