Ex-Minister Mubarak Muntaka Mohammed launched a scathing attack on the officials of the Ghana Football Associational last week, describing them as "official looters"
"I have no reason to believe or not to believe them, but I have reason to accept what the GFA has said because they came to prove to me with documents that some of the things that were said against them were not true," Pelpuo told Graphic Sports.
Muntaka alleged the FA officials inflate the budgets of the national team and questioned the rationale behind the US$ 10,000 winning bonus for away matches. Pelpuo also disagreed with Muntaka suggestions that the rot at the Sports Ministry necessiated a massive house cleaning exercise. "There is no rot at the ministry," he replied."I'm in the ministry and I haven't seen anything complained about."
