Africa's remaining four places at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa could be decided on the penultimate weekend of the qualifying campaign.
Ghana have already qualified for their second successive finals and they will be joined by the Ivory Coast if they win or draw in Malawi on Saturday.
Algeria, Tunisia and Cameroon can also reach South Africa if they win this weekend and other results go their way.
