Asante Kotoko coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani is unwilling to make his transfer targets public despite the Porcupine Warriors huge financial muscle to compete on the transfer market.
The 22-time Ghana Premier League title winners are close to sealing a deal for New Edubiase United defender Abeiku Ainooson while the Bekwai-based side have also confirmed an offer from Kotoko for midfielder Asiedu Attobrah.
Dwarfs goalkeeper Foli Adade still remains a transfer target with a move to the Baba Yara Stadium likely to happen before the end of the month.
Kotokos local scouts have identified two players at Amidaus Professionals.
The Kumasi-based side are also looking abroad to bring in two players from the Ivory Coast.
But Dramani who guided Kotoko to their a successful defence of the Ghanaian Premier League title believes making his transfer targets public could alert other clubs to move for them.
I wont name because them but we definitely have targets. Maybe no club have interest in these players but the moment you mention their names attention goes there, he said after Kotokos Coronation win over AshGold in Kumasi.
Kotoko could lose up four players due foreign clubs but Didi wants to quickly augment his side with quality players for the clubs domestic and continental campaign.
