Ghana's Medeama SC have been eliminated from the CAF Confederations cup by AC Leopards of Congo on penalties after the game ended 2-2 on aggregate.
Leopards, former Champions of the competition conceded two goals at the Essipong stadium on Sunday but was just enough to send the game to penalty shoot-outs where they beat the Tarkwa-based side by 6-5.
The first leg had finished 2-0 for Leopards at the Stade Dennis Sassu Nguesso a week ago but Medeama cancelled out the score within regulations time to send the game to post match penalties.
Midfielder Joseph Gordon and Henry Enchil both missed their kicks to hand qualification to the Congolese.
