Christian Atsu insists Ghana are improving after helping the Black Stars to reach a fifth successive Africa Cup of Nations semi-final.
Ghana beat Guinea 3-0 in Malabo on Sunday to seal their place as they prepare to meet the host, Equatorial Guinea.
Atsu, who bagged a brace set them on their way after only four minutes.
Minutes before halftime, Kwesi Appiah ran clean through on goal to slot home before Atsu made it 3-0 after the hour.
As Avram Grant's side now turn their focus to their meeting with the tournament hosts on Thursday, Atsu explains that the Black Stars have turned the corner after a rather slow start to the competition.
"It's true, we've improving," reflected Atsu. "We went for the win and we worked hard for it, not because Guinea are a bad team."
Ghana, four-timer winners have since 2006 made it to the last four of the Nations Cup.
