The Minority in Parliament has described the 2019 Budget Statement and Economic Policy of the Akufo-Addo-led government as “Made-in-China Budget”.
The Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta on Thursday presented the 2019 budget in Parliament under the theme “A Stronger Economy, for Jobs and Prosperity”.
The budget represents the third of four budget statements of the government.
After the presentation of the budget, the minority lifted placards pooh-poohing contents of the statement.
Some of the inscriptions on the placards read: “Ahoky3r3 Budget”, “Hopeless Budget”, ”Borrow Borrow Budget” and “Made-in-China Budget”.

Pure comic relief
The tomfoolery of these twits must cease. What do they think the House is for? Displaying their ignorance and crass s-t-u-p-dity?I bet these placards must have been 'designed' weeks ago.If they have nothing useful to contribute the least they can do is to keep quiet. The thing I cannot for the life of me understand is the desire of the pathological th-i-ef Mahama to come back.
If it is made in China then it is Superior budget, Cox we import almost all our things including IPhones, Computers, Laptops IPad, Rice Suites Building Materials etc from China, at least their products are superior to our, in any case what do we produce, had it not been China in recent times how could we survive
