An aspiring Deputy General Secretary in the just-ended NDC National Executive Elections Kojo Adu-Asare has threatened to sue the party.
Kojo Adu-Asare’s threat comes as a result of his name changed to Justice Yeboah on the ballot paper. He attributed his inability to win to the name change and for that has vowed to sue the party.
The National Democratic Congress over the weekend held its national delegates at the Trade Fair to elect executives who will lead the party in its quest to unseat the governing New Patriotic Party in the 2020 general elections.
Chairman of the Planning Committee Alex Segbefia confidently asserted that by the time the new executives are ready to go through another delegates elections, the NDC will be the government in power.
About 15,000 people, made up of 9,350 delegates and 5,650 observers, throng the premise to decide the fate of the 65 candidates vying for various positions.
However Peter Boamah Otukonor and Barbara Serwaa won the slot as deputy general secretaries to help Johnson Asiedu Nketia as the party seeks to reorganize itself to face the rather formidable Akufo-Addo-led New Patriotic Party in 2020 general election.
It is still not clear whether Mr Adu-Asare will back his words with action.

Incompetence is the word and a trademark for your Party
When you throw a ball to the wall, it bounces back to you Adu Asare. You registered with a different name but did not see the need to change it because you were too smart. Now you have been outsmarted by the people who you wanted to play your pranks on. Go to court boy.
When we say NDC is evil and incompetent, Kwadwo Adu Asare was always insulting us and defending his party. Now they have brought the evil to his door step and he is crying. You havent seen anything yet. #kwasiabanku. Next time go and radio and defend them
Go to court for what? This shows the party's INCOMPETENT ORGANIZERS. NDC YAAMUTU, NDC YAAMUTU, NDC YAAMUTU, NDC YAAMUTU, NDC YAAMUTU, NDC YAAMUTU, NDC YAAMUTU, NDC YAAMUTU
"Agbenaaaaaa"
Ei, Justice Yeboah paaaaa. E' dzaa woho.Which kind of court. He only needs coconut water on straw.Kafra .Inside Job proper one.
CHANGE OF NAME: I have the singular honour to remix his name for him. Henceforth he will be known and called JUSTICE KOJO ADU ASARE YEBOAH. All documents bearing his former name are still valid. Thank you. BY ORDER.
You see that you are not important in the party as you think? This should tell you something that you don't matter in the party which have carried as someone said, a CROSS. I listened to his depressed and frustrated campaign manager who suspects a calculated and fishy attempt to "clear" him off. A word to the wise is in the "NORTH"
I can bet with my life that this "boot-licker" (Justice Yeboah) CANNOT, and I repeat CANNOT sue the NDC. All he needs is a simple phone call from his "god" JM and matter yaamutu. He sits on radio and spews out gar*bbage, yet sat there to be handed this "raw deal" as the spokesperson puts it. I'm sure he's now seen how use*le*ss he is in that party he carries like a cross. I laugh enter tiafi!
You are even lucky they said you are justice yeboah. Next time you will be potifa akologo. Oh soory , i mean potofi achaah
